How long does it take Google to index a new site? Yahoo and MSN and how much?
Not long ago I read an article where SEO was an experiment similar to mine and the result was that Google indexes a new site within 24 hours, putting links in a variety of sources.
I also hope to get my answers in a very short time.
That's what I did to promote the site in this first phase:
- Inserting links in 3 sites with different content (has a PR2, PR3 and another third have PR0)
- Subscribe in about 80 directories (but before the links appear, so you have to wait)
- Dissemination of the link through a post on my blog (the post is exactly what you're reading!)
- Return to the homepage of Digg.com mosquito wer
These transactions were made about 9 hours ago, so it is premature to make an analysis of the results.
There is one thing that surprised me, though not much:
The link on Digg.com was acquired by Google after just 6 minutes!
Yahoo and MSN but still no sign.
This means that Google is increasingly sensitive to phenomena such as social bookmarking, which concern him, even if indirectly.
